This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for products purchased from us, including Artificial Jewellery, Bobbleheads, Action Figures, Wooden Katanas, and Toys.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect or missing parts
- The product is completely unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery
Note: Custom or personalized items (such as custom bobbleheads) are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made bobbleheads or personalized products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
3. Return Process
To start a return or refund request, please contact us at hansanienterprises07@gmail.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the product issue
- Description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Exchanges are only available for the same item; cross-product exchanges are not allowed.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Custom-made items cannot be canceled after work has started.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), Propsique will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
