1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Other Cities: 4 to 7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499: Shipping charge applies depending on location

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website in real time.

5. Packaging & Safety

Each product is packed with multiple protection layers to prevent any damage during transit — especially fragile items like Bobbleheads, Action Figures and Collectibles.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the order returns due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

• Reshipping charges may apply
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping fees

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and photos. Our team will assist you with replacements or solutions as per our policies.

8. International Shipping

At the moment, Propsique ships only within India. International delivery will be added soon.
